Car Wash Machine Conveyor System
Description:
Risense's tunnel-type fully automatic car wash machines have achieved unattended operation through an innovatively improved platform conveyor system.
The platform conveyor system adopts an anti-slip modular design, safely moving vehicles forward while maintaining stable performance. Additionally, it features dual-gear compatibility (Park & Neutral), ensuring safety even if the brake is accidentally pressed, with no adverse effects. It can also accommodate a wider range of special vehicle types (e.g., low chassis, protruding wheel hubs, etc.). With short washing time and high throughput, it offers greater convenience for vehicle owners.
Features:
Equipment Parameter

Equipment Advantages
High Safety.
Compared to the track conveyor belts of attended tunnel machines, the platform conveyor system offers significant advantages: smoother conveyance, fewer operational
precautions, and enhanced safety. Once a vehicle enters the platform conveyor system, there's no need to shift to neutral; the handbrake can be engaged, and accidentally
pressing the brake has no impact, making it easier for owners to use.
Sectional Independent Control.
Features an extra-long, segmented conveyor track for smooth process flow and efficient washing.
The platform conveyor system consists of three sections, with customizable product length. Each section is driven by its own motor powering the chain plates, enabling
independent control of each section to meet various washing mode requirements.
Stable Conveyance.
The platform conveyor system utilizes a multi-point synchronous chain drive mechanism. The motor drives multiple sprockets, which in turn drive the chain plates. The
sprockets employ a center-drive configuration, resulting in balanced driving force and superior conveyance stability.
Wear-Resistant, Durable, Easy to Disassemble. The chain plates use modular plastic mesh belts, renowned for high strength, durability, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance. They also feature high-temperature
deformation resistance and low-temperature flexibility, combining safety and durability, making them particularly suitable as conveyor components for car wash machines.
The modular installation structure facilitates easier disassembly and maintenance.
Enables Unattended Continuous Washing. For attended tunnel machine conveyor belts, an operator must instruct the driver and check vehicle readiness before entry. With the platform conveyor system, owners
can drive directly onto the chain plates for cleaning as instructed.
The owner scans a code, parks, and engages the handbrake. The first and second conveyor sections start operating. When the vehicle leaves the first section, a second
vehicle is allowed to enter. The third conveyor section activates when the vehicle's front reaches the exit photoelectric sensor.
The third conveyor section stops when the vehicle's rear passes the three-section photoelectric sensor, completing the wash cycle.
The entire process takes only 90 seconds, significantly saving customer waiting time and improving washing efficiency.
In continuous washing mode, it can wash 45–55 vehicles per hour.
