Advantage II: Capable of Unattended Operation
Beyond being fast and time-saving, the Risen fully automatic intelligent cleaning and disinfection machine's key highlights are its fully touchless washing and touchless operation. The driver scans a QR code from inside the vehicle to start the machine. The entire process requires no exiting the vehicle, allowing the machine to complete cleaning and disinfection work unattended, avoiding cross-contamination.
This method effectively eliminates the risk of contact transmission from repeatedly entering and exiting the vehicle. It also blocks inhalation of disinfectant spray, providing maximum protection for the driver while enabling a fully automatic wash mode that requires no on-site personnel operation.
Advantage III: Versatile Functions
① Disinfection
The Risen machine's rotating arm spins 360°, spraying disinfectant in a fan-shaped pattern. It circulates around the vehicle at a fixed distance, providing comprehensive coverage that penetrates every gap for complete disinfection.
The concentration and dosage of the disinfectant can be precisely controlled, ensuring effective disinfection without excessive use that burdens the environment or insufficient application that leaves risks.
② High-Pressure Water
After the disinfection dwell time, the single swing-arm rotates for high-pressure water rinsing.The high-pressure water forms a fan-shaped "water knife" with pressure reaching 60-80 kg, enabling a comprehensive and powerful rinse of the entire vehicle body.
③ Rinse Aid Foam
The machine automatically sprays high-viscosity rinse aid foam. No manual scrubbing is needed. It effectively activates dirt, followed by another automatic high-pressure water rinse to achieve a clean vehicle body.
④ Liquid Wax
After cleaning, the machine automatically sprays hydrophobic glossy liquid wax, effectively protecting the vehicle paint.
⑤ Blow-Drying
Equipped with four sets of fixed quiet blowers, the machine effectively dries the vehicle body, achieving a clean and tidy result.
Equipment Parameter
1. Disinfecting
The arm of our full automatic intelligent car disinfecting and washing machine rotates 360 degree spraying the disinfectant in a fan shape to spay the car in a fixed distance around the car. The whole car body and every single seam can be sprayed so as to achieve a complete spraying effect. The concentration and amount of the disinfectant can be precisely controlled. Neither excessive dosage causing environmental burden nor slip leaving hidden danger.
2. High pressure water
After disinfecting, the single arm rotates and sprays high pressure water to wash the car. The high pressure water forms fan-shaped water jet with the pressure reaching 60-80kg. It washes the car to the full extent and with full strength.
3. Wipe-free shampoo
Our machine sprays the high drawing wipe-free shampoo which can effectively activate the remove the dirt without any need for manual scour. Then wash the car again with high pressure so that the whole car body is clean.
4. . Wax
After cleaning, the machine sprays water-flooding bright wax which could protect the paint effectively.
5. Air drying
The machine is equipped with four groups of silent air dryer which can effectively dry the car body to achieve the clean and dry effect.
